This is a badge bit (BB) that is part of the PEA curriculum. Completing this BB is part of getting the sand badge in Food Prep and Preservation.

To complete this badge bit, you must cook at least 2 cups of grain with a multicooker or pressure cooker.  These devices use pressure and other techniques to save energy, often while managing the process for you.

Minimum requirements:
  - you must produce at least two cups of grain (or reasonable substitute)
  - you must use a multicooker or pressure cooker

Provide proof of the following as pictures or video (<2 mins):
   - your grain going into the multicooker or pressure cooker
   - your cooked grain that is obviously at least two cups

I put in 2 cups of mixed grains in the pot, added 4 cups of water and a bit of salt, put the lid on, set to sealing, cooked at high pressure for 20 minutes and let it do natural pressure release.
The result is 4 cups of cooked mixed grains.

I cooked rice (2 cups dry + 3 cups water, then hit the "Rice" button) in an Instant Pot.
