If that were my tank I would use 2 x 4s to build a cage around the tank. Maybe three in the front and three in the back anchored in concrete the with horizontal 2 x 4s for braces on all sides.
Situating the tank on a bed of sand might also help.
We used 2x6 tongue and groove boards for our countertops. On the the underside we fastened the the boards together with pocket screws so we didn't have to use any glue. We applied a couple of coats of linseed oil to the top and reapply every 6 months or so.

As for selling produce… i dont think that will be enough to pay for much of anything.
Our farmers market here has a lot more than produce. As I suggested, member's would donate items to sell at the farmers market or road side stand.
Breads and other baked goods, salsas, jellies and pickles, microgreens and sprouts, and even meats products like jerky.
What about custom made jewelry or pottery? Things that member's can donate.

In the fall, pumpkins are a great fund raiser.

Everyone talks about what kind of architecture that they like.
Craftsman, Modern, Cape Cod, Ranch, Farmhouse, etc.
I would describe my house as School House;
I will have to search my computer to see if I can find a picture. The ones I remember from the real estate ad was Garage. They just did not show the architectural feature. Something similar to this:
I feel that resources that teach budgeting would be great resources for large families.
Next to me would be resources that teach cooking on a budget.
Also food resources would be very helpful. Most counties have Food Banks.
There are also some organizations that help such as Feeding America, Salvation Army, and United Way among others that offer food aid. They can assist in pointing you to the right resources within your locality.
We used to use a service through our church that offered a week of meals for
$10.00 or $20.00. I cant remember the name though it seems like it was something like Angel Food.
Most countertops that builders are putting in homes now days are natural.
Made of stone countertops are granite or mineral quartz.
Unfortunately, engineered quartz is a natural quartz combined with resins and pigments.
My favorite countertop is butcher block and can easily be made DIY. Unfortunately butcher block countertops contains glues and of course the finish might not be a natural product.
I also use the method that is also used to make that volcano. What fun we had with those as a kid.
My method involves putting baking soda aka bicarbonate of soda in the drain. Then pour vinegar into the drain. That mixture will foam up like that volcano. Then flush the drain with very hot water.
I have never bought that commercial drain cleaner.
