There doesn't appear to be a Guinness Record for the tallest mullien.  Yet...

This one is 10.5' tall.  I'm not sure if that's exceptional or the tallest ever.  Do I have something really special here?  Anything I should do about it?

I'd definitely keep some sees. Where it grows wild out here (super hot, dry summer, clay soil) it gets regularly up around 7 ft. I think the biggest I've seen in my garden is about 5 or 5.5 ft. So I don't know if its a record but its definitely a big one

Don't know if it's a world record but it's quite impressive. Never seen one anywhere near that tall in the wild. Have grown a few in gardens but those were nowhere that tall either.

Argue for your limitations and they are yours forever.

I'm guessing the secret is that it's in a dry raised bed in a relatively hot greenhouse.  Most mullien in greenhouses probably aren't allowed to express themselves fully...

The biggest ones around here are around 4-5 feet.  But yours - Jack and the Beanstalk!  Watch out for giants!

Ya dry and hot seems to be its cup.of tea. I think that's why the ones.in my garden on the cool and moist coast don't do as.good. the biggest ones I've ever.seen have been on the rocky sides of steep dry mountains.

That thing should give you.about a million seeds too

Be sure to release some of those seeds outside the greenhouse to keep those genes in circulation!  :>)

I do suspect that any mullien in my area would have a similar chance of getting that big if it was in the same conditions.  But I'll save some seeds in any case.  Hmm, maybe I could get rich off of these seeds.....

I grew one that reached the eaves of a 2 story house about 18 ft tall
