Quick question. I'm pretty new to fermenting. I have those jars with the spring (airlocks?). While they keep most of the batch down, little pieces do float up, like bits of cauliflower in my giardiniera. Is that a problem? Do I have to toss those pieces when it's done fermenting? It's day 10 so it
should be done and I see no mold.
