kickstarter rewards

I've received several email with links to various videos that were part of the last Kickstarter. these were meant to be HD streaming but the only thing available to watch is the trailer. the ones im specifically having problems with are

world domination gardening 3 disk set
building a cob style rocket mass heater
1/9 Webinar: Breeding Locally-Adapted, Resilient Plants: Epigenetics and Seed Saving by Alan Booker
Common Weeds And Wild Edibles Of The World (HD movie)

One thing that stands out is the 1/9 Webinar.  This reward has not happened yet.  You have access to join the webinar on January 9th, 2023 at 5:30pm CST.

I can't find you on our kickstarter backer report.

Is it possible you used a different email address with kickstarter than you use for permies?

Yes, or you can just add your kickstarter email as a secondary email to your permies account.

The email address on kickstarter is the same as the one on permies

By far the most expedient path is for you to add your kickstarter email address to your permies account, as described here:

I added both emails yesterday but there has not been any change in the access to the items.

I can't access my rewards since I seem to have a redundant email as my primary email on permies which differs from my kickstarter email. How do I update my email address on Permies it since I do not know my password and obviously cannot access the link that is being sent to the redundant email.

yes, I have added my new email and merged the two but still do not get access.

It looks like we only see the one email still (the other may have got deleted when the accounts were merged.)
Please try adding the kickstarter account email again - hopefully that will then work for you.

Ok. I deleted the secondary email as it was visible under my profile. I then added it again. I still cannot access my benefits. Is there a waiting period?
