Some great products in here… I’m excited to read How to Bake Without Baking Powder. Just the mention of using kitchen chemistry has me hooked!

I’m also interested to read Celery Wine. It sounds like an interesting story, and it’s winter here… I need some interesting stories to get me through to Spring.

Hi Glen,

The ebooks are mostly pdf's. Paul Wheaton's Building a Better World in Your Backyard is an epub version, and Kate Downham's Practical Mending is available both as a pdf and a epub version.

Looks like a great bundle here. One question... Are any of the video/movie downloads? Hard to do a 2 hour or more in one sitting when you live off grid.

Well, I am going to look at this  bundle as practical things I can use for work point of view.

1.  Where I work (in parks and forests), I would like to get more indigenous edibles to grow.  And, I like PawPaws.  So, PawPaw Quick Start Guide (Video and eBook) by Michael Judd is something I would like to do.

2.  I haven't seen much about using algae for boosting fertility around in these parts too much.  And, there is a certain pond that has a lot of overgrowth next to a lot of grass that doesn't grow well because it is so sandy and lack of nutrient.  It would help if it grew greener, simply for the fact that it would be better on the mowers not kicking up so much dust, and making a bigger mess.  So, Boosting Your Garden Yields by Growing Algae presentation by Matt Huber seems really interesting.

3.  I rip pants every so often.  But, I keep them with the thought of reusing them.   But, they just sit there because I don't get around to mending them.  One reason is that I didn't develop the skill to do that; a skill that has been a little bit lost on us.... So, Practical Mending eBook by Kate Downham looks good, too.

Well, Those are some thoughts how to put these to use.

Nice bundle!  I'm most interested in Helen Atthowe's food forest presentation.  The stuff I've seen from her in the past is really good. She approaches things from a scientific background which I really appreciate.

The solar dehydrator has long been of interest...it's something that we could practically use when some harvests are overly abundant to help us preserve more of our food for later use.

As a beer brewer, "celery wine" cought my attention. Though I suspect it might not be all about fermentation. Additionally, "saving our seeds" is the avenue I'm currently revamping so it would be a good read.
