I am positioned at about 11:35 if it were a clock . My sincere estimate is that most folks on permies would score on the left side of the dial between 8:00 and 12:00 . The minority would place themselves at 3:00 . I hope I am not pidgeon holing anyone . Do you have the time ?

My red dot was at the eye of the pyramid hovering just north of centrist, just right of left in the bottom left most portion of the libertarian almost square. I wonder how my strong disagreement with an all volunteer army played into this decision.
Edit: I'm always shocked how close I come to center in many of these polls as generally most people think of me as a stark raving mad radical. I keep telling them I'm not.
I'm at nine o'clock, baby. My red dot pretty much obliterates the "T" in LEFT making me a Liberal (sneaking up on 'Centrist Liberal'). Nothing new there.
I found the description of "Left (liberal)" on the site more flattering than most libertarian views of us lefties - kudos on that.

It was pretty fast for me, as I've done the thinking on this stuff before:
I just hit the "I'm a liberal' buttons
Big generalisation, but I think if a NZer 'scored' as a Libertarian in the quiz,
they would be extremely unlikely to be on permies...
I think most here are between 9 and noon, with a few outliers on both sides (like myself). The important part is I think everyone is on the top half of the chart--the DO SOMETHING about it side.

I enjoy being an outlier myself (although I probably am not an outlier for this quiz). For Arizona, I'm most definitely an outlier! Which is tricky because you risk getting shot at.
And I'm definitely a "do something about it" type.

Hmm. We must think alike. That's about where I scored.
I'm certainly not a young man, but through the years, I have worked with many 'older' (than me) folks who all had the attitude of "I don't need no gubernunt telling me what to do".
