Brilliant Burra.

Zone 00 is so important.

Taking care of yourself and others on a mental level is absolutely crucial.

I'm bumping this thread because I want to know what other folks do on a regular basis to maintain their zone 00 in healthy ways.

I struggled with some pretty severe anxiety this year and in the past, so I have to be pretty on top of doing things that are good for my mental health, or things can sometimes spiral downward quickly. Those things can sometimes be as little as telling myself that I am the sun, but I have to do them, and I'm getting better and better at it all.

We all have our own stories, that we get to write however we want. How are you writing yours?

So glad this thread is here.  It will take me awhile to peruse all the 'balloons' in that diagram, but they look good.  I think Zone 00 may be the most important in effectively enacting the earth/people caring and fair sharing.   My current 'practice' is very permaculture..applying the first principle... Observe! ...to be right here right now; being aware, silently, of my external and internal world.

Careful observation, taking time, being open to all the possibilities, especially those I'm never immediately aware of, etc.  Knowing the natural world is full of solutions, ideas, blessings, gifts, etc. that only wait for my 'releasing the tiller', and having trust.  Ditto for my spiritual world (however you define that word :)   Reminds me of the homeopathic axiom... 'as above, so below', but 'as outside, so inside' ;)

I love Zone 00... just never knew the Permie label :)
