Why didn't they hang the pig while skinning & gutting?

My project thread
Agriculture collects solar energy two-dimensionally; but silviculture collects it three dimensionally.

Last night we made sausages! 8 different flavors...some breakfast links some full bun brats...

And of course in tradition with making good sausage you always have to cook a patty out of each flavor!yummy!

We didnt hang either of the small pigs since it was about as easy to do them on our flatbed. We really dont have a spot set up for hanging the animals yet, usually if we butcher a cow its hung with the trac hoe. An thats a little much to have going for two littler pigs.

Today I helped out the hubby an took the bed off the Chevy by myself might I add.. although sometimes I had a question or two...now we have the flatbed sat on the truck for seeing how it looks for the first time!
