Show me your fungus. (Mushroom Photos)

I'm still not brave enough to grow mushrooms outside due to potential unwanted mycellia.  But these kit grown oyster mushrooms are doing fantastically well for us.

They are a cross between Pleurotus eryngii and ostreatus (king & grey oyster mushrooms) apparently.
