What to do for this?

What do I do to have other vegans in the forums be in communication with me for my pursuits? I would like finding such.

I'd suggest making sure you post in the correct forum, having a title that attracts the right people so that they read what you have to say, not being aggressive or dictatorial in what you write, and telling and showing us what 'this' is and what your pursuits are.  

People will communicate with people they feel a connection with, or want to have a connection with, or who can help them, or who they can help.  So far from what I remember of your posts, I personally tend to recoil a little and decide I'd rather be doing something else instead.  Maybe that's something you could work on as if it has that effect on me, it's likely to on others too.

Please don't send me purple mooseages any more either.  Frankly, your messages come across as being cult-like in your enthusiasm and our world views are very different, to the point I don't think we have any common grounds to base a discussion on.

I think there's an inherent disagreement between aspects of overzealous veganism and the publishing standards on this site, and for that, there's nothing to do.

To suggest that veganism is the pinnacle of morality suggests that any who disagree are, in some way, flawed. We at permies are all too polite to trumpet the perceived failings of our compatriots here, and we know that in large part, right or wrong (barring actual ecological wrong done to the soil, say) is largely a matter of perspective, goals, and ideology.

I don't think that the type of vegan conversation you're looking for will go over well here on permies. I think that there are a lot of vegans doing good permaculture, and documenting it. I think looking at what they are doing in community might be a good start.

I think that changing the conversation to be more inclusive in nature would improve its tone, and receptivity. But I think even most vegans on this site are more pragmatic than to think that it's a good idea to shun those who disagree with them.

You have a valid point about veganism as morality, Chris. That attitude can lead to becoming preoccupied with what other people eat. Each individual freely decides for themselves what to eat, so telling others what they should or shouldn't eat usually does not end well.

I'm just a vegetarian, so I don't care what other people eat. (lol)

I'm not a vegan but I'm happy to discuss vegan food-growing methods such as Biointensive.
