The yellow folder icon in 'recent topics' seems to be staying yellow even after I've opened the thread.  Seems like it just began to happen this morning?

I've opened and closed and reloaded the page for several recent threads and the folder is still yellow as though there is a new reply but when opened, opens to the first post.

Older messages with the yellow folder, if I've never opened, go to the most recent reply and have the green line and the folder is still yellow after closing and reloading the page...then when I reopen, it takes me to the first post, but the icon is still yellow on closing.

I can't seem to explain this any clearer...it's a new 'thing' though

I'm on my tablet with IE but I don't think that's the problem?  I'll try later on my pc.

No....just the same view as I use on my pc.

I usually try to blame any odd thing in IE but this time I think that's not it?  I'll go fire up my computer and see what it looks like there...it has firefox..

It's not happening in firefox...must be my tablet and IE combined.

One of these days I'll learn to check my pc before believing what's happening on the tablet.  It still has windows 7 something too I think.

Sorry about that Devaka

The green line and recent posts have been working perfectly by the way! and that's why this threw me.

Weird, but now it's doing it on this thread at least....I'm still on my pc.

The folder was not yellow and then R posted twice and then it was....I looked and then reloaded the page after closing.  It was not yellow then but then just now was and now still is even when I open and close and reload.

I will check a few more.

so, the folder is still yellow on this thread...have reloaded my page several times.

It is also staying yellow on my onion skin thread...even after several reloads.

Did it used to go yellow when we posted? when the 'new' post was our own? ...that is what is seems to be doing also.

This thread was yellow before I read it. Then I read it and it turned brown. Now I'm replying. Will it be brown or yellow?

Ok, I got an email notice that nicole had posted.  The folder was yellow.  I opened the thread and it went to her post below the green line.
I closed the thread and went back to 'recent topics'.  It was yellow still but that was because I used the back arrow.

I reloaded the page annnnnnnnnnnnnnnd...it was still yellow!

Earlier, when Raven posted, I opened the reply from my email notice.  After all of the different procedures, opening, shutting, reloading that still showed 'yellow' in the end also.

EDIT to say that it is still yellow after posting my reply and reloading the page.

...still on my pc in firefox.
