The Coronavirus period accompanies us all and it doesn't seem to be ending anytime soon,
so how to maintain a healthy body and mind with substances 100 percent
of the plant and without introducing unnecessary chemicals to the body.

In the next article, you will get tips on boosting your immune system and mood, ready?
I'll start by telling you what is known to most-
stress weakens the immune system and
so one of the best things you can do for yourself is to be calm.

1.Avoid listening to the News

If you really have to set the time ahead of the day when you devote time to hearing news,
the rest of the time you spend the time raising the energy in your body.

2. Sportive activity

releases endorphins reduce anxiety and improve immediate mood.
If you have a park close to home and you can go out,
take advantage of the option, if not,
the network is full of whatever kind of sport you decide you want to do,
so simple and easy, From Zumba to Pilates.

3. Keep in touch with your loved ones.

The Corona era has caused many families and friends to learn ways they were not used to,
enjoy the change, and don't forget that for a while longer we will laugh at the time that was…

4. Essential oils.

Essential oils cross the blood-brain barrier and affect us immediately,
You can in a few drops of them in the burner or diffuser.

We know the lavender mainly as a very fragrant ingredient in various cosmetics,
but the lavender oil is excellent for disinfectant,
and as a natural remedy for anxiety, insomnia, depression,
cough relief and fatigue.

Studies have confirmed that the inhalation of the fragrance
from the oil produces relaxation of the breath and the body.
You can learn to make your own natural infused Lavender oil in
my herbal medicine online course.

The frankincense oil is considered soothing,
uplifting, and helps with over fatigue and anxiety.
If he used to be the exorcist, the frankincense day
can help exorcise internal demons and increase tranquility:
smelling the frankincense oil slows breathing and deepens.
In addition to everything,
it is known to strengthen the immune system,
a particularly effective antiviral.

Beyond being effective in treating skin diseases and urinary tract infections,
Sandalwood is effective against anxiety, panic attacks and mental stress, and is known for its soothing, soothing and anti-depressant effects.

5. Water Based Infusions

Chamomile and lavender flowers, peppermint leaves:
These will treat insomnia, headaches and abdominal pain resulting from stress and nervousness.

Lemon Grass, Rose flowers:
Soothing, calm and contribute to a better mood.

Passion Fruit: Contains a high concentration of soothing ingredients.
This plant is known to soothe the mind, body systems,
allows for efficient functioning and better sleep.

6. Connect with nature

Going out into nature fills us with joy,
optimism and strengthens the immune system,
so my last recommendation is to connect with nature,
breathe in the flowers around you,
consume as much vegetables,
fruits as possible, and less substitutes

Hi Shir, very informative post!  Do you know if oregano would help or hurt the immune system?  I'm eating a fair bit these days so it got me to thinking...

Hi Mike,
In oregano, there are phenolic acids that are powerful antioxidants, which have been found to help prevent cancer and DNA damage from radiation.
In addition, the oregano is antibacterial and anti-viral,
so it is excellent against bacteria and viruses.

A combination of cranberry extract and oregano oil has been found to be very effective against the Helicobacter pylori bacterium which causes ulcers
So, if you want to strengthen your immune system, avoid colds, runny nose, mucus, and cough- Using Oregano sound a great way :)

I enjoyed your informative post.

Since corona is a respiratory ailment, what would you suggest for the respiratory system?

Are there ways to get more oxygen to the blood system other than breathing exercises and drinking lots of water?

Hi Anne,

I recommend using the following essential oil through steam inhalation.

The steam inhalation method goes like this- add a few drops of the essential oils to a bowl filled with hot water,
Cover your head and the bowl with a towel and inhale deeply a few times.

The essential oil you can use in order to strengthen the respiratory system are:
Lavender, Myrtle, Revensara, Benzoin, Tea Tree, Pine tree, Camphor, Peppermint and Eucalyptus

Please note that  Pine Neddle, Camphor,
Peppermint and Eucalyptus essential oils are not recommended for pregnant or breastfeeding women,
children under the age of 5,
people that taking certain medication or people
with high blood pressure.

A more subtle and less hot method to use the same essential oils is through a burner or diffuser

Hi, I want to thank you for the information about oils. I knew of different foods that have quercetin which act as hydroxychloroquine.

Strengthening the immune system with oils and food, is extremely important. I knew it was important, just not how important until my friends explained some things to me about the vaccine. A very simple explanation is that the vaccine is a prophylactic, which stimulates your immune system into responding to the virus. So if my immune system is running top notch because of foods and oils, then ...(the rest would have to post in the cider press.)

Thank you again for your information.
