I signed up using an Android phone. On the sign up form, the input fields for first and last name did not appear the first time the form loaded. I filled in the other fields and clicked the submit button. The algorithm rejected the input, with the message that first name and last name are mandatory, but the page still didn't show those fields.

I reloaded the page, and the fields appeared. Then I filled them in and the input was accepted.

i know this thread is old, but i wanted to say that the "anti-alias" vendor who blocks legitimate email alias vendors serves mostly themselves, for whatever reason.  i use "trashmail.com" for all my signup emails, keeping my top level protonmail kinda close to the vest.  i have done this for a decade now, and as a result i have less than 10 spam emails, as i'm just not any lists.

would be nice if you allowed this...

just my thoughts.  OH!, seriously this is one of the best resources for permies on the net!  thank you so much!

I managed to finally get in, thankfully I had an alternate email.

BUT the login seems buggy.  I love sign in with Google, because it makes life easier.  SO I clicked it then clicked the account I wanted to use.  It then took me to a page that said, "an unknown error occurred" then prompted me to try again.  The outcome?  Same.

So then I was like well, I will log in with my email instead, but it said I was already registered...I am assuming because I just signed in with google.  I know I have never signed in before.

SO, "sign in with google" glitched for me, but I managed to get in with a "sign in with email" and used an alt email.

No worries, but thought I would let you know.

Thanks.

I felt that the capture is really annoying. Is it really necessary?
Also after just some seconds, it went already blank again and I had to do it again.

Other than that all fine.

Adelheid Colvin wrote:Hello! I had no issues with signing up, other than that I was trying to sign in and it had me sign up instead. I've been on this fun ride for over 10 years (when I lived in Montana just 2 hrs north of you all). So that was confusing but I don't mind since iy won't change anything that I know of. I've been getting emails and I'll keep getting them, I just look like a new sign up.

I promise to be nice ( term and conditions)
The only issue I had was that I did not know that your cute note " I promise to be nice" was your terms and conditions, and was necessary for the sign up process. It took 3 or 4 attempts, I was having glitches.
