I'm one of the backers from last Paul's kickstarter campaign. I'm one of those who are eligible to participate to the 'Secret Inner Circle' here at permies.com, well my doubt is:

- How do I know if I am already able to participate to the 'SIC' once I'm logged in?

Your account has access. Do you see the forum? It should be the very last forum in the list of all the forums.

I just set up a Permies account when I saw the Rocket Mass Heater Kickstarter update about everyone being added to the Inner Circle. I was hoping my email address would be whitelisted or something, so that when I signed up I'd automatically have access, but it looks like that's not the case. Will there be another round of adds for this one, or is it too bad so sad?

The last forum I see at https://permies.com/forums is "Meaningless Drivel". Does this mean I don't yet have access to the kickstarter forum, or am I looking in the wrong place?

It was actually 1887 e-mails (that's what we use to add folks here) from 16 backer reports, added in multiple batches.

Note that your Kickstarter e-mail must match your permies account e-mail.

Around half of the $5 and up supporter e-mails (968 ) were not found in permies.com. I think the most efficient thing will be to update your e-mail in one or the other profile so that they match. We'll be downloading updated backer reports at a later date and/or will revisit adding folks en masse at another time.

And yes, the secret inner circle forum should appear right below meaningless drivel. If you're logged in and if your permies account was found/added.

With 968 not found, it would take me forever and a day to reply to each person individually and add each one-by-one. If you make your e-mails match in both kickstarter and permies, you'll be added when we get updated Kickstarter reports down the road and I do another mass add.

I was just wondering when we will see the extra forum (as part of the Candy)?

If you supported the kickstarter at the $5 level or higher, and the email address you use on kickstarter matches the email address on your permies.com forum account, then you will probably be added in a month or two.

just wondering if it's getting close to added the kickstarter folks to the secret inner circle. I'm in no hurry, just excited to see that part of the forum. thanks again for all your hardwork, and updates.

I don't understand the question.

People were added April 8th. It looks like your account was created April 27th, so there was no way to add your account on April 8th.

However, when October rolls around, I suspect that Jocelyn will add all the new folks.

Sorry, for the confusion. My kickstater and permies email didn't match so on 27Apr I created a new account. The comment on 10Apr said in the next 2 months the kickstarter and permies would be updated again, to add some of the people (me) who didn't have it setup properly. I was just wondering if that timeline was still accurate. If I missed it no worries, just wanting to make sure I was taking the proper steps to be on the next update. Looking forward for October.
