My kids have big homeschooling workbooks. Paperclips come in handy for finding what page we're working on. I was running out of paperclips, so I went to look on amazon. I found these, which had an "expert assembly" cost of $131. Unless I'm getting Bert from Seasame Street to assemble my paperclips, I don't know why I need expert assembly!

$131 is a totally reasonable price

Darn, I didn't have that option when I looked it up, but they did give me the subscribe and save option.....for the exact same price.
I guess I save on time having to reorder manually...time I can use to assemble them myself???

If you order without, maybe you just get a box of straight pieces of wire. Is there a BB for paperclips?

I thought maybe the Assembly Fee was to assemble the paper clips into a chain.

Since gold paper clips might be good for craft projects maybe the Assembly Fee is to put your project together for you.

At least it is meaningless dribble.

Except that it looks like the "without expert assembly" button is active for the item as shown.  I'm thinking, it being the holiday season, that they are giving you the option of one of the warehouse floor workers assembling the clips into wall and X-mas tree decor as a way to "incentivise" said floor worker with a $131 USD yuletide bonus.  If you are purchasing this as a gift item, a card and festive wrapping can be added for the special price of $99.99 .... ;-)

I don't need to pay for expert assembly. I already have a highly-qualified paperclips assembler here at home
