Burnt Ridge Nursery here in Washington state has some excellent cultivars of all of those fruits. They really focus on flavor at their nursery. I went on a farm tour before COVID and they had a fruit tasting at the end of it.... YUM!
I can't remember the names of the varieties we bought off the top of my head but we have a black currant, seaberry, elderberry, and Aronia berry from them that are all delicious, (except the seaberry hasn't fruited so I don't know about that one yet). Our favorite berries from them are actually golden raspberries, goumi berries and two different Autumn olives.

They pretty much propagate everything themselves onsite and so they are very knowledgeablev about all their plants. If you call or email them, they are very willing to give advice about what varieties work best for what you are looking for.
