Permaculture cookbooks?

Hello,

I’ve recently gotten into permaculture and have always had a love for creating new recipes in the kitchen with fresh organic produce. I’ve recently noticed that there aren’t a lot if any cookbooks out for us permaculturists. Does anyone know of any good resources for recipes? Any input would be much appreciated. TIA

I swear I have a British urban foraging cookbook that was fun, but it may have gotten purged and it's not in my LibraryThing listing.  I recall it being a bit fluffy, but it had a memorable recipe for cleavers, and they've finally shown up in my garden.  I'll have to hunt for it.

A Year in an Off-Grid Kitchen, by Kate Downham

Ha, found it!  Street Food: Urban Foraging and World Food by Ceridwen Buckmaster.

I like the approach - "a collection of recipes inspired by the wild plants that grow in urban areas, as well as by the people and the diverse food traditions present in the city".  Organized by month, each month also focusing on a specific world cuisine, with quick descriptions of the featured plants.  Slim book, but I've bookmarked 20+ recipes to try at some point.

It's not a living-off-the-land book, but the ethos of the project "Invisible Food" that it came from is very permaculture-y.

The Joy of Gardening Cookbook by Janet Ballantine.   It was put out by Garden Way.  

I've been getting into my copy of Forage, Harvest, Feast by Marie Viljoen recently.  What an amazing cookbook for permaculturists.  I'm always shocked that there are so many great foraging books for what I think of as permaculture recipes, but I can't really find anything labeled as permaculture cookbooks that are focused on perennial foods.  I desperately hope this will change.  Is permaculture just not as "cool" as foraging in today's society?

Flora, by Alan Bergo is another great foraging cookbook that applies very well to perennial food recipes.  I love it!

The Spring Foraging Cookbook by Judson Carroll is a good one, too. I think foraging can be a big part of permaculture, so the two things fit well, I think.
