Hi ! It will probably not be useful to anyone here, but who knows! In my region, many people did get together to start a project of permaculture school and are working for it to be recognize by local governement as the same level and importance of education certification as any agricultural course in university.  If some are fluent in french, here the website.  I'll do my first pdc there this autumn, very curious to try it.
