I’m searching for an insulation I can use for external walls, basement walls and underside of the attic roof. My preferences are for something that meet as many of the the following criteria:
1) High R value per inch
2) Natural materials or recycled materials
3) Self install
4) Doesn’t gas
5) Low plastic content

I’m sure you get the drift, something Otis would be happy with etc.

I have 1400 sq feet of basement walls so cost per sq foot is definitely a factor.

This is an international company I think.
Space blanket for underside of roofs.
R factors in Australia are different to the ones in North America.

If commercial products are allowed, I think Roxul matches your criteria. Cellulose is also an option, though I'm leery of it in locations that can get wet.

The best I’ve found so far is Havelock Wool

There’s a Badge Bit in homesteading : Put a 4 season addition onto your house and it specifies non-toxic insulation but what does that mean?
