I was out there yesterday. Here is my brother and his family. They might come out and settle in on a couple of acres. They have cattle, pigs, chickens, goats and, I think, a horse.

Note the thick trees.

One pic is of the dried up creek. After a heavy snow, and then fast melt combined with heavy rain - still dry. I'll fix that.
