Thought I'd share this with you as it makes me very happy. Where rocket ovens, fermentation and baking cross...
Now I can bake despite the crazy summer heat and enjoy my german bread in the spanish summer.
I can only encourage everyone that likes cooking and baking into starting to experiment with sourdough. It's not nearly as precise or scary as a lot of people make it seem.

I put the Dutch oven when I start the rocket. After 15-30mins it usually is over 250C. Then the bread bakes 30 min at or over 250 C with the Dutch oven closed, later another 30 mins with the lid off, reducing the temperature to around 200 C
