I really enjoyed this. Fred would have found Permies fascinating.

I am curious, how did a tiny ad help you find that?

What did the tiny ad say?

Anne, I've searched my emails but I cannot find it. I found a couple of other Fred quotes but not that one. If it wasn't from a tiny ad then I am stumped. I was certain. Now I'm questioning my reality. It's going to bother me so I'll keep looking for it.

edit* I just noticed there is a tiny add at the end of each forum page. That must have been it.

It was something like,

"did you ever grow something in the garden of your mind" -Fred Rogers - like this tiny ad

I often see out of context quotes and the like and search them out to find out more. That's how I found that video.

For someone who was unfamiliar with The Princess Bride, there are a couple recent tiny ads that would lead them to it if they searched the ad text. That would be a treat for them.

Do you use mobile view?  I use desktop view and I see no tiny ads ....  mine say: What do the icons mean:

I use desktop view on a laptop mostly. Generally despise mobile viewing.

That below was right after your post at the bottom for me. Maybe staff doesn't see ads on the forums?

Wait for it ... wait .... wait .... NOW! Pafiffle! A perfect tiny ad!

Just wanted to chime in here to note that the "Fred Rogers Remix" is excellent...! Plus, it's one of several that PBS released a handful of years ago. Also included are PBS luminaries such as Julia Childs, Carl Sagan, and Bob Ross... Look 'em up!

Oh my. There are some good ones! The world would be a worse place without PBS.

I won't post them all but Fred even got a B-side...

Drove my Chevy to the levee but the levee was dry. I wrung this tiny ad and it was still dry.
