Here on Permies, we have a massive community of rapt listeners, eager to learn, share, and experience all things permaculture together. It's a great place to share your business and promote your products. However, if you're not familiar with how forums work, or simply don't have time to engage the users here in a discussion about what you're selling, we can help.

With "promote-your-stuff-on-Permies", we can create a media rich thread for whatever you're selling, and make sure that it's full of all the right links, images, and videos to engage the audience and get people curious about your products, conference, Kickstarter, blog, business - whatever you need to draw attention to.

Cost: $200

Includes:

-consultation
-one media rich thread for what you're promoting
-We can also field basic questions on the thread for you, and bump it from time to time to ensure it stays in the top of the feed

We can also offer additional promotion, like getting your thread in our dailyish email, promoting it on social media, and sharing banners for it. For additional information on promotional package pricing, contact us.

Send an email to gir AT richsoil DOT com, and we can work with you on what you would like to create.

Note: there is a 10% discount on this for PIE people: see the offer here.

________________________________

Here are some great examples of some media rich threads around Permies:

Permaculture Voices Conference Thread
Milkwood Permaculture Thread
Northwest Edible: life on garden time Thread
Northern California Permaculture Convergence Thread
Artisans of the Grasslands Conference Thread
International Permaculture Convergence Thread
Video tutorial on pre-1900 shelf stable apple butter

Once the thread is made, you can do ALL SORTS OF STUFF to get attention to it. There are ideas here, here, and here. And there are other advertising options here.

I think you should set the thread title to "cassie's promote-your-stuff-on-permies business"

I think you should announce it on the dailyish that you will create a media rich thread on permies for events and books and dvds and businesses and whatever. Of course, it is something they could do themselves for free, but some people are just so terribly busy that they would like to hire the very best to do it for them.

Done, and will do for the second part.

Hey everyone - I'm Destiny, and I'll be stepping into Cassie's role as she transitions to her next great adventure. Josh and I will be handling this service from here on out, so if you have any questions, just contact me at destiny AT richsoil DOT com and we'll collaborate!

Also, for PIE members, I will also be honoring Cassie's 10% discount and 20 minute phone consult.

Does the PIE discount still apply to this?

YES - I am more than happy to honor Cassie's original discount of 10% for PIE members, as well as a 20 minute phone consult
