Why didn't they hang the pig while skinning & gutting?

Last night we made sausages! 8 different flavors...some breakfast links some full bun brats...

We didnt hang either of the small pigs since it was about as easy to do them on our flatbed. We really dont have a spot set up for hanging the animals yet, usually if we butcher a cow its hung with the trac hoe. An thats a little much to have going for two littler pigs.

Today I helped out the hubby an took the bed off the Chevy by myself might I add.. although sometimes I had a question or two...now we have the flatbed sat on the truck for seeing how it looks for the first time!
