kickstarter rewards testing

Chrome works, I see a monitor on a wall. Explorer and Firefox didn't work for me. Thanks Paul I look forward to PDC and ATC Course.

I am getting pretty rummy.   If there are any more support requests, now is the time to ask.

Hopefully, this will post this time. FireFox and MS Edge works. I also tried my old iPad mini and it worked on that in Safari before it died. The Silk browser on my Kindle Fire HDX did not work, but most things don't which is why I opted to get the Android tablet when my Fire started dying.

By the way, the 33 second delay was to Wisconsin.

Finally had a chance to get on my computer.  

Got the survey email, and have the link to the live stream (home internet is super slow, so I'll catch what I can when in town) - but no email with links to goodies, and it's not in junk mail.

Hi, Received a message saying I must test if I can connect to the live screen. I´m not sure how to do this and need help/instructions.
I don't think I have been sent a special invite to be able to connect to the live screen? According to message from Kickstarter my pledge status is "collected".

Whatever works is fine.  I only need one account, and I don't really care which email it uses, so whatever's easiest for the immediate problem is fine with me.   That domain name is mine, and there should be no other email addresses in that domain besides my account.

I got the original but no goodies link for the Live Stream. I also recently registered on Permies. Payment all square. Loralee

We tested these features with a few people in the beginning with the permaculture playing cards ebook.

I believe that worked.  I'm seeing something different now: a box that says the Livestream is currently offline, and the chat window.

Sounds like progress.

I'm told that the stream is offline for just a minute or two.

I am not able to access the live feed for the PDC/ATC. I follow the link and the box says to pay for access. I have the email from Kickstarter with confirmation of pmt. and my bank shows pmt on the 26th.I signed up for a forum acct. with the same email. I got the "playing cards" reward link and had no problems with that download. Looking forward to the PDC/ATC live stream. Can you advise?

Have not gotten goodies or access to livestream!!? Acct was charged a few days ago and I set up my permies account a few days ago as well? Haalp!

Is the email you set up the permies account with the same as the one you use on kickstarter?

Alas, I am in one of those quandries that the gir bot brought up.
I was originally in as deafrost @gmail.com but I now only read my email at salishsea.islandrover @gmail.com.
The bot gave me some instructions as to how to reconcile all to one-ness but it didn't quite work.
The human followup on the bot asked me to post here.
I would like to get my perks as a $200 subscriber as salishsea.islandrover@gmail.com
but currently I know not where my perks are going.

I received a message from your gir bot. all was not well (in context of kickstarter)
I fell into category 2 wherein my email account was one thing and I was using another.
gir bot told me  how to rectify that situation but then  permies told me the second email acoount was 'in use' when i tried to rectify per gir bot instructions.
I pledged at the $200 level for the kickstarter and I'd like to get into the subscribers area.
As of yet, I haven't figured out how. I was most recently directed to post here.

I can see that you have changed your email address to salishsea.islandrover-at-gmail.com just about an hour ago. What I can see from here says you should be able to access the perks after that email change had been made.

The kickstarter email tells people to find their invitation.  The invitation directs them to 65389.

The kickstarter email then goes on to say that if you have any problems, to post to 66358 - this thread.   So I think the kickstarter email is correct.

D'oh! The back and forth between posts apparently mixed me up.  

By the way, if I stop the Livestream I have to refresh the page to get it back. I used to do desktop support and used to work on an IT help desk, so I'm trying to give you extra info in case it helps with someone else, not bitching. Navigating to another tab stops the streaming on Android, but it's the same if I hit pause then try to play again.

Yeah, this stream has been pretty disappointing.   I think if we choose to do another event, we will choose different software for this stuff.

The stream has been working perfectly for me, just a bit jittery (only the video, not the audio) if my internet goes slow for any reason.  I've been really enjoying it.

When it's working, it works well. Getting connected properly seems to be the issue. At this point if I have issues, refreshing the page until it works seems to be the best fix. Issues can be no stream at all or audio and no video. Chat seems to work pretty consistently. By the way, having a stream stop when going to another tab is SOP for both my previous and current mobile devices. It's not being able to hit play to start it again that's abnormal.

Please send the email on how to view the Kickstarter goodies.   Email never arrived.

Hi Paul and other folks,

I recently worked with your support group to change my email on the forum due to some registration issues. They requested that I post here to check that all the other pieces are in place for the PDC / ATC.  
I funded the kickstarter at $150.  For what it's worth, I can see the live stream and access the chat.  The hidden forums appear to be accessible as well.
Also just FYI - using Opera on a Macbook Pro and the stream works fine for me.

I was finally able to change my email address to match the kickstarter email..  It has been confirmed - the email address change - however I still can not link the live feed and still looking for emails to link to the Goodies to see if they work now.  Still trying to work through.  My kickstarter was the Design level if that helps.
