Thanks Paul.  I've been watching the live feed (Yea!).  But I also wanted access to your other (older) recorded stuff listed in the Kickstarter.

Karen - can you confirm that the email you use at kickstarter is the same as the one you use on permies.com?

I have some theories about what happened.

Paul (etc),  I can watch the PDC - but was looking for these:  Rocket Mass Heater 8-DVD set as HD Streaming; World Domination Gardening 3-DVD set as HD Streaming.  Am I just missing a link somewhere on the thread?  Can't figure that part out.   Thanks!

Those parts of the rewards haven't been put up yet - Paul and the team are busy running the PDC and trying to get the live-streaming working for everyone.

There is a bunch of stuff that we haven't put up yet.   Technically, we have until july, so there is a lot of breathing room.

I think the big one right now is that the VPDC folks would like access to the teacher's notes.   I am waiting for jocelyn to have a moment to do her spreadsheet magic.

I could see the Last post but still the links to "Candy"   do not work, they lead me to link which wants payment.  Perhaps those links are not ready.  Some of the gifts have and x in front of them and most have o in front.  What is the difference.  Are they all available or not?  If they are avaialble they aren't being so for my computer.  Thanks.

I am looking at the ledger and it shows that you currently have access to the premium content in that thread.  The first post has three images and then there is the video.  Do you see the video when you are logged in?

Hi! This time I looked on the 2nd thread it says: Inside this box should be the live stream.  If you pay for any box on this thread, it opens all the boxes.
I can also see a video box, which wasn't there before. However it says: Sorry, the live stream is offline now
So... I'll tune in again later and see if I can see something live  (I'm in China atm).

And, in my experience, when the stream is live it usually says "the live stream is offline now" and you have to click the button just below - and it takes a few seconds to get going.

Seems I am not able to get to the video feed today... It worked Friday, I was gone yesterday and today I can not even get the video screen.  Trying to go to tiny downloads or the live feed I am shown a screen I need to pay... I am signed in or so it looks when I click the my account button.  Nothing seems to know I am already a support at the Design Level.  Can someone help me get back on track so I can watch the Live session when it returns from lunch if it has not already???

Thanks for the recorded video links, I tested a few and they look great.
I also clicked the wrong lick that said not to get notifications, I do want notifications, the links looked similar upon speed reading them, but I didn't get an "are you sure, cause that would be really stupid" message, or any kind of confirm before being taken off the kickstarter list. so if you can disregard the not to get notifcations because I do want them. I would also suggest that you have a confirmation, or something to the effect of: are you sure you want to stop getting notifications, because that would be a dumbass thing to do? before getting to the no more notifications screen.

Update - I signed out then signed back in.  I can now get to the page for the live video (still no class currently) but the link a a few days past to the Hagelkulture still wants me to pay... Seem that way for all the links with me and the kickstarter campaign.  Can someone see  and help Please?   Thanks Leah

You have several people trying to help you, but as I try to figure out what is going on, I am very confused.  I think you are talking about two or three things at once.

For each issue, could you provide a link to the page that you are trying to access and tell us the problem with that page?

It sounds like you currently have access to the live stuff.   So that is all resolved, right?

Any chance of a screen shot?   I don't know about notifications, but we do have watches.

So far I've got an e-mail with link to the hugelkultur microdocumentary and course notes from Tim Barker's part of the PDC as part of the kickstarter bundle, but nothing else.... I have just signed up to the forum following a prompt by "gir bot" to do so. I was then able to download said course notes and see the 15 minute video clip on hugelkultur construction.
Please keep me updated on what I should be able to see and how to get there...

Thank You Paul,  I did get the link to the live feed last night.  I enjoyed it! Great Job to all getting the wireless backup and running.  One comment though it was almost impossible to understand questions from the participants.  Maybe you or someone has and extra mic that they can use while asking questions?  

I apologize for not seeming to be able to navigate the features of the website.  No! I have not been able to get downloads of things I think are already released.  I keep getting messages to buy them..  I purchased the Design Kickstarter with my son Jason.  He is a more long term active member with the group.   He is however in Europe and due to the time difference he wanted me to watch the classes. However, with all the time it is taking me to try and figure things out, the amount of all your great peoples time I watch and my time not being productive I was hoping you could let Jason deal with all these issues and get things running so I can get back to just paying attention to the speakers and watching the HD video's when I can?   He is Jason Learned and is a member of Permies.  (hope this does not change name again)

I have received two e-mails from the girbot so far, one with a link to the hugelkultur microdocumentary, the other with a link for the course notes. The links to the actual course content videos I found by looking on this thread and when I click on them I am asked to pay for the content as I described above.

For most of the other threads you mentioned, no one has been give the access yet.

I just searched the kickstarter database and there is no supporter with the name "bucktrout"

When I follow that link, there are just boxes asking me to pay $200 via Paypal. Surely if other Kickstarter funders have access to that Paul would have just said it wasn't operational for us yet??

Only asking because I'm actually physically out of action with a twisted knee at the moment and it might have been interesting to watch some of the course instead of doing accounts or something dull like that!  instead of being outside working.
