This was an epic cool thing.  

I like how it started "okay" and then there were all sorts of models, and further improvements and finally, the final product was really amazing.

I love watch Mike work.   He goes out to the forest and brings back all sorts of odd pieces of wood and turns them into functional art.  It has been really valuable to me to see his process.

Spring pole lathes are super cool.  I hope Mike can work out a design that either packs up mega-small, or is somehow integrated into the bermshed.  Storing lovely and useful, but seldom-used gear requires some consideration.

We've been talking about a huge log thing between the fisher price house and the library for a long time.  Something with some roofy bits, and the ability to hang floaty chairs ...

I like the sound of that.  Spanning between the two buildings.  
Do you wanna shed water/snowmelt to the rear?  I'm trying to picture the lay of each existing building's roofline.  
It might be super cool to use the glass from Norm as the roof material.  Big project, but . . .
