So sorry! I attached the picture of the food going into our compost bin, which gets fed to chickens. I took this picture but I forgot to include it in the original post.

I cleaned an oily plate after eating spaghetti with tomato sauce (it had olive oil in it). I was surprised at how clean I got it without soap!
