We usually start "tuesday at 2" and we say "72 hours" which takes us to "friday at 2".  And when the deal is over, there is work to be done.  I would rather do that work when I am awake!  :)

That makes sense.  Thanks for the explanation.

Paul,
Will you ever take checks again? Next time a bundle becomes available, I would like to use a check. Sending cash is risky, especially these days.

Thank you,
Lisa

Checks. It takes me back.

Didn't most mail order places taking checks have a three week waiting period to see if the check cleared?

I know that I still take checks.  I took a check for $700 about a week ago from a guy standing in front of me.  I deposited it about 15 minutes later using my fancy phone app.  The next day my bank said it accepted it.  And if I don't hear anything more in a few weeks, I guess that transaction is complete.

Checks under $50:  a 50% failure rate.  It seems I learn more about banking than I ever wanted to learn.  So when a check arrives, I get a sense of dread.  Will it work?  Will it go through? Will it turn into three hours of talking to bankers?

My guess is that in the next two years there will be something online that is ultra fast/easy/reliable.

Lisa, might there be a digital thing in the future you would be comfortable with?  If so, what might that look like?

Hi! I purchased the bundle on July 14th and it's not showing up in "my stuff" when I log in, though a bunch of my previous purchases are showing up. The purchase did come out of my bank account, if I am lucky I am attaching the screenshot of that with this post and hopes that the appropriate information is there. Let me know if there's anything else I can provide? Thank you, I am really excited to watch a bunch of this stuff!

Hi Lisa! Can you PM me with the email address used for this transaction and we can connect you with your purchase. Thanks

here is the transaction code:

Transaction ID: 73K49098K6835860F

how can I access these products? should I ask for a refund then redo it through my permies account?

Hi Lana! No worries.  This should work:

Make sure you're logged into your Permies account
|
then please click on your name on the top right of the screen
|
then edit profile
|
then email preferences
|
then at the bottom of that section, you will see the option to add in a secondary email address. Add in your paypal email.

Please post back here when complete and I can make sure your stuff is with you.

If there are any issues with the above, please post to the tinkering thread: https://permies.com/f/11/tnk and we can troubleshoot there. :)

Hi Jules,

Thank you for helping me

I added my paypal email as my secondary email

thank you,

Lana

I thought I read awhile back that this bundle had the online PDC in it. Does it?

Provide a link to where it says that and then we will know.  I doubt it.
