I've just gone to the website and everything I want to buy is SOLD OUT.  That doesn't make for a happy customer. Now I must look elsewhere for the fruit, nuts and medicinals I want to add to my property!

Are there better times of the year to be able to actually obtain plants from this "nursery"? I see a month ago there was a 25% off coupon. I also see that a full 1/2 of the original poster's posts are on this thread alone. 12 total in a year? Just an observation.

Yeah, seeing "out of stock" is disheartening. Maybe it should say "Out of Season". We have a small native plant nursery and really don't ship anything through the summer, it's too hot and the plants could be shocked to death.

Lots of places have a list they suggest you get on and then when the season opens for planting in your zone, they'll email you. Some things are best planted in the fall and some are best planted in the spring.

However, since the pandemic, I've seen that edibles are skyrocketing in popularity.

Sometimes I think I moved to the wrong country 😥.
Don't get me wrong,  I  love Canada but everything I need is in USA and can't be send, don't want to be send or isn't allowed to be send here.
I sooo would like to have  more🍐🍑🍏🍒Tree's.
I am also looking for some fresh 🥜 to be able to grow them. But I  even got told in the face that I need a private person to  send it to Canada.

Maybe one of these nurseries up in Canada will work for you:

https://silvercreeknursery.ca/

https://justamerefarm.ca/

Suggest you get the catalog from the below nursery even though it is in the USA:

https://www.burntridgenursery.com/Tree-Seeds/products/93/

Catalog is worth the shipping for the info in it.  Depending where in Canada you are, could be I would be willing to ship a box from them to you.

Trees are generally available during a short window when shipping and planting will most likely be successful. The farther north, the more true this is. Getting on the email list of a couple good suppliers is a way to learn their availability dates and when you can place orders early to get limited stock. I would also check your local county extension service because they often sell native trees at good prices, in quantity.

Hmmmmm…I received the same error when I hyperlinked from inside a recent email from them. I picked up an order from Peaceful Heritage last month. My guess is that they are updating their website in order to roll out new pawpaw trees. They offer them in May and usually sell out in 36 hours after going live with their pawpaws. I’m on their emailing list. I’ll post here when I’ve been notified.

Edit…Peaceful Heritage is back on-line. No pawpaws yet.

What the Peaceful Heritage folks said about a lot of scam and indifferent to quality nurseries out there is very true.

Here's a resource to help you decide if the nursery you're thinking about dealing with is trustworthy.

In building a food forest over the last few years I lost a lot of money in half dead plants dying shortly after delivery, or flat out DOA, that the nursery would not warranty.

Finding this put an end to that:

My experience getting trees is that if you want a decent selection you need to order way before shipping dates. For March/April pickup of trees from my state nursery I usually need to order in October of the previous year. For some commercial nurseries, I've gone as early as September for spring delivery the following year.
