I can't see your image for some reason. If it is pointy at the blossom end, the plant could be infected with cucumber wilt. That is happening to mine right now. Water does not circulate well enough through the plant, so the top (stem) end of the fruit seems relatively normal, but the bottom (blossom) end is withered and pointy.

Here are some from my wilted vine; I still get some good sized cukes that are only slightly deformed, even got some healthy looking ones last week. But from the wiltiest part of the vine, the blossom half is skinny, tapered and floppy.
