It takes a while to fry 12 different things!  In most cases there wasn't a recipe, I was just frying something to use in another dish.  3 needed to be on a rocket stove (which I hit exactly) and 6 in cast iron (I did 9).  I used the Wheaton Labs rocket stove for the three.

1.  Ground beef on a rocket

2.  Onions and garlic on a rocket

3.  Turnip and butternut squash on a rocket

4.  Scromlettes (sweet potato, onions, brussel sprouts, 3 eggs, turmeric, black pepper, chipotle, salt)  "final" picture taken after the veggies were fried and before the eggs added

5.  Corny wheat pancakes (1/2c whole wheat, 1/6c cornmeal, 2T buttermilk powder, 1t sugar, 2/3t baking powder, 1/4t baking soda, 1/4t salt, 1 small egg, 1/10c oil, blueberries, water till the right consistency)

6.  Fried egg - sorry, no picture of preparation since it was just cracking it into the pan

7.  Bacon - same deal as above, prep was just cutting them in half and putting them in the pan

8.  Hashbrowns - same deal as above, prep was just grating the taters and putting them in the pan

9.  French fries

10.  Sweet potato fries

11.  Fried potatoes for Thanksgiving dinner

12.  Fried butternut squash

The other 6 foods....
In most of these 12 foods, there is just one ingredient, so no need to post a recipe.
Exceptions are meatballs and squash blossoms, and fry bread.
Meatballs recipe: lamb meat and spices of cumin, garlic, coriander, paprika, salt, pepper.
Squash blossoms: flower, chunk of cheese, rolled in flour, egg wash and pancakes batter from 1st fried food.
Navajo taco try bread is an authentic recipe, measuring flour, baking powder, and salt by hand, then letting rest for a few hours before rolling and Frying.

I can't believe I made pancakes in a plastic container!! *forehead smack* I was camping, and that's the gear I had with me. Anyways, I fried one more thing today to replace the pancakes, over a Dakota stove.

I am reposting the first 6 fried foods, in conjunction with my previous post of the other 6 foods, which were all in compliance.

1. French fries
2. Bacon
3. Eggs
4. Meatballs
5. Greens
6. Yellow squash
