Can anyone say whether this would replace my mattock? Or is this for finer-grain (ha-ha) tool-work?

While I don't usually have back trouble, I just can't bend over or stay on my knees as long any more. Bent over, pulling weeds too long yesterday and now I'm paying for it today. This looks awesome.
Can you give any more insight into choosing which hoe? We're in high desert, hard clay soil.

All-Mighty is the strongest hoe, it can work on hard soil. However it is also quite heavy. Robust is more universal option, it can also work on hard soil to some extent and it is not so heavy.
