This is a badge bit (BB) that is part of the PEP curriculum. Completing this BB is part of getting the straw badge in Electricity.

In this Badge Bit, you will replace an electric water heater. Is heating water on your wood stove getting a little bit old? Let's replace that broken water heater!

To complete this BB, the minimum requirements are:
- replace on install an electric water heater (tank or on-demand)
- 220V

To show you've completed this Badge Bit, provide proof of the following as pics or video (less than two minutes):
- location where the new water heater will go
- the work in progress
- the new water heater installed

I put in a water heater where there wasn't one before, I hope that counts. I ran 10-3 romex to a new box where the heater ended up, it's a new dedicated 240v 30a circuit.
