Jen and I gathered some mulch for our soon to arrive Hazelnut seedlings. Saturday is so relaxing. Oh, and Jen is a quick study of good scything form. This is especially impressive as the snath is much too long for her and the blade needs a peen, not to mention this was her first time using a scythe.

Kudos to Jen!  If you do peen, I'd love to see a brief video.  I've been afraid to try it, and mine needs it bad.  (I know they're on Youtube, but that's not the same.)
