...and probably also because I bought a gallon of Rustoleum primer, and a gallon of Rustoleum oil paint in Safety Blue, and I'm going to paint my Ford F250 diesel truck a pretty shade of blue.

I'm very good with a paint brush, and I want the truck protected, and prettier, and visible.

Rustoleum Safety Blue, it's a pretty color for a truck!

You just *think* you want it a pretty shade of blue... If you'd seen the beautiful shade of purple on the car that went past me the other day, I think you'd be thinking purple would suit you just fine! It would match some of your outfits for sure.

That would certainly save on wear and tear on the tires, or in our case, them timing out and cracking due to age. New tires aren't cheap and are a huge disposal problem.

I can't get Rustoleum paint by the gallon in purple, only in small spray cans.
Don't you think I checked that FIRST?!? :D

Realistically, it would save the roads too, and LOTS of tires if this tech could be made!

I have grown up with a lot of 'redneck' fixes and inventions. It might not look pretty but it works! I'm with you on this one.

Hey, red and blue make purple, and I know Rustoleum comes in red.  That's how my porch furniture got done up.

Would that tech be friendly to turtles, squirrels and armadillos crossing the road?

Would a chicken crossing the road be Nevada Fried?

Hey, I may be a city girl by birth, but redneck is a state of mind, and one that's always worth pursuing!
(says the person whose sunglasses are currently held together with Bondo and whose breakfast was two foraged avocadoes. no possums today.)
