non-US digital market test!

Hi there Permies!

I managed to buy this content from Turkey with my U.K. Paypal account.  The process went very smoothly and I was charged 1USD as promised.  On to bigger and better stuff!

I can do the same with the same video link  and buy a gift for a friend of mine.

I followed the steps given in the email I received last night successfully, with only one "glitch". After I entered my cc info and chose all the squares with traffic lights, it asked me for my zip code because it "couldn't verify my cc information" That was a pop-up that I couldn't grab a shot of. I re-entered my info, including postal code (which it didn't ask for the first time), chose all the squares with boats and, voila - one Care and Feeding of Rocket Mass Heaters video - thanks!

It didn't appear to charge any tax, but here in Canada we have G/HST, not VAT, whatever that's worth. Out of curiosity, I chose the "generate invoice" option in the confirmation email I got, where there is a VAT ID, but not a GST one. I am okay with that.

I have a couple of pics of the payment part of the process, but can't figure out how to post them here - this field doesn't want to let me drag and drop and the Img option wants a url, which I don't have for my desktop. :}

Worked fine with paypal from
Bulgaria, got 20dollarcents Vat on top of one dollar purchase.

It worked great in Greece!  Now to learn how to feed my unborn Rocket Heater....

I was taken straight to paypal with no questions asked.  I am in Ontario Canada.
