so since we could get Quinoa, we sprouted that. Works great, but here you'll have to get UNWASHED quinoa, which still will germinate. (gasp! does that mean I've been buying DEAD quinoa? quite possibly! they wash it because most gringos don't understand the soaking/washing process to get the saponin coating gone.
