Howdy, I'm looking to get some of the hybrid hazelnuts. The two places I've seen selling them are Badgersett and Forest Ag Enterprises. Do folks have any experience with either of these companies hazelnut plants. Forest ag seems a little cheaper but they also seem a little less specific about their plants' qualities. would love to hear feedback from folks that have bought plants from either. thanks!

Which did you choose?  I found an awesome video by Badgersett here:
and also one comment preferring Forest Ag here: permies.com/p/954450

I wouldn't order anything from Badgersett after reading the reviews here on Permies.

If it helps, here's a review thread on Badgersett: https://permies.com/wiki/74747/Badgersett-Research-Farm-MN-USA
And one on Forest Ag: https://permies.com/wiki/86199/Forest-Agriculture-Nursery-Viola-WI
And the Official Permies Seed and Plant Source Review Grid for your perusal.

Does someone have information on how the hazelnuts produce? And, more important, some experiences?

I'm sorry but I don't yet.  Mine are growing very well but are only 15 months old.

I can't beleive you just said that. Now I need to calm down with this tiny ad:
