I had no idea I had gotten this fat until I saw this video.

I do like pie.  A lot.

This is me doing Q&A in missoula.  I'm giving my schpeel about how I don't like the word "sustainable".  I then go into my bit about how polyculture works.

If you like this video, I hope you'll share it with others.

This is turning out to be one of my poorest performing videos ever!

Lesson learned!

I watched it and liked it too. A bit hard to hear at times but that just meant I had to pay extra attention.

To be honest, I felt like it wasn't long enough! I wanted to hear more questions. As a noob I always have tons of questions especially about polyculture and the things you were talking about. I love how animated you get too, you're a great speaker.
Don't be so hard on yourself!

Well, I have to admit that a big part of what drives me is interest.  The more views and the higher the facebook/twitter count, the more I think I am making a difference.

I have 16 more in this series ready to upload.

As for me getting animated:  in one of the videos, a guy in the audience had a weird agenda.  Rather than ask an on topic question he wanted to push some idea of american greed on the audience - masked as a question.  The question had something to do with the american dream to be a millionaire - can it be done with permaculture.  When I said "yes" he seemed to get ... weird.  I'm pretty sure he didn't expect that answer.  So I finally had to insist that as the guy at the front of the room, I get to say my stuff uninterrupted.  I raised the level of animated to get the job done.

Good for you, i enjoy all of the vidoes ive watched.
A guy has to do what it takes , or stand there and let them wast your time.

Im sending everyone i can to Permies.  Then i have to try to explan to these old farmers
how i think some of it works. "But the grass will choke out your crop"?
  Your doing great Paul.

Your videos are cool, but here are some (hopefully) constructive ideas!

You get me so darn interested in what is going on in the video, and the next thing I know the volume cuts out and I am being told to come to this site.  I want to see the rest of the video!!!

I like the content, I like the presentation, I just feel cheated every time the video ends before I am ready for it to end.

Maybe post 5 segments of your lecture, plug this site and the next segment at the end of each?!  I know I would watch all five.

Keep up the good work!

Since the videos with me standing around seem to do poorly, maybe I should upload them every other idea with the idea that they are sorta like filler.

Michael Pilarski ("Skeeter" takes us on a tour of his three year old food forest, complete with many species of beneficial weeds.  As he mentions each species, I try to include some comments, such as their purpose in the video.

We love your videos!  We really look forward to the new ones.  They're full of great, informative content.  You also bring a certain comedic value to them, which is awesome.  We find ourselves laughing a lot, thank you for that!  Keep em coming, for sure!

Michael pilarski is an animal by the way, seems so pumped hacking his way through there... there's such a true passion we see in everyone doing the perma thing, its quite moving and motivating.
