Transition day between PDC and PTJ

…… grateful for contrast.. sometimes it’s difficult to accept a migraine in the middle of the night.. thankfully, it was met with a compassionate “how can I help?”.. that gesture alone probably helped the most.. by morning it was much better.. I’ve rarely felt a pain that gave me chills and nausea.. thank you for your kindness and support, S.. :)

Ps. A special thanks to J for doing what needs doing and then some.. it does not go unnoticed
