That dusty looking bug is one of my favourites. It's an immature assassin bug, which are great predators the garden. The nymphs are called masked hunters.

Thank you for posting your (video) diary. This experience is what my soul is crying out for and it was good to get your perspective. Right now it feels impossible to achieve given I’m in the UK and now have Brexit to contend with… but then I’ve done a lot in my life that’s felt impossible at the outset…

……. grateful for a simple way of living.. so much of my life was spent believing in accumulation and consumption.. and now I’m actually practicing a different mindset.. something more like reduction and production.. I haven’t figured out all of life’s answers.. but this way seems and feels lighter..
