118 grams = 4.16233 ounces! Add those 4 ounces to the 13.79 ounces I'd already harvested, and that's 17.90 ounces. That's an ounce over a pound. WOOT WOOT! I'm now finished! (It only took me over a year )

Could dried cherries work in this category?

I recently helped harvest cherries from a wild tree that was taken down due to growing over top of a house.

Harvested 43 lbs of cherries of which I dried and pitted about 1/2 for just over 2 lbs of dried fruit.

Here is the neighboring tree to the one that was cut down.

Elderberries - this should fill my foraging alternative for catching fish or what have you.

I weighed the fresh weight of the stuff that I dried in the dehydrator and then air dried the rest by hanging so I weight both sets when dried to be able to estimate the "wet" weight of the air dried batch.

So, plenty of dried elderberries!

That's a LOT of elderberries! Is there any chance you could add up all the pounds (grams?) like this 8.9 ounces+7.9+__+___+___. That will make it super easy for us to certify it. Thank you!
