Would you rather have all your harvest double in number or double the time before it spoils?

Would you rather have all your harvest magically double in number or double the time before it spoils?

This was hard, because I frequently get behind on preserving... but I think overall I would go with double the number.

This one really IS hard! But... I think I'll go with double the fresh time, too. I'm always behind.

Considering that a half bucket of Italian Prune plums went bad before I got to them (3 buckets to start with - made several recipes) and now have to face a couple of bins of pears, I'd go for double the time for sure!

Wow!  In the present year, double the time. But this has been a very strange gardening year.   I have had either a bumper crop or zero.  Well, 2x0 =0.
And I don’t need double what I already have lots of.  I suspect in other years, I would want to double the number.
