I'm wondering if anyone knows of a source for 9-Star Perennial Broccoli seeds in Canada. The only places I can find them online are in the UK, and they don't ship them to Canada. Anybody have a source?

Thanks!

Tracy,

Territorial seed imports some caulifower/broccoli seeds that I believe is related to 9-star.  If you trialed  some of their overwintering cauliflower/broccoli seeds you could probably sellect for perrenial and other favorable traits.

Eagleriidge Seeds, in Canada, carries 9 star. Here's a link.

Monica, welcome to the forum.

I ask Mr. Google who said "(9-star) Broccoli can be grown as a perennial even in areas where temperatures hit minus 20 degrees" so I hope this helps.

Thanks, Anna! I should of thought to ask The Great Google. So interesting. I never thought of perennial broccoli. Confirmed it. Google says, "Nine Star Broccoli – A perennial that will stick around for at least three years, Nine Star ( Brassica oleracea Italica Group) is hardy in zones three to 10. With yellowy heads that resemble cauliflower, Nine Star tastes just like sprouting broccoli"
