That's the case here....I'm going on more than three years and couldn't be happier. I generally just rinse with water in the shower and occasionally use baking soda dissolved in
hot water (maybe a couple tablespoons to a quart of water) I wet my hair, pour on the mix and scrub with my fingers, then rinse well. I tried the vinegar rinse early on but didn't like it and found it unnecessary.
Sometimes I use just a little coconut oil rubbed in before my hair is dry, especially winter dry heat time.
