I'm new to this PEP stuff, and I have a question:

-if I cook a meal for 40 people (this is something I do regularly at the Columbia Ecovillage, an intentional community in NE Portland) can I accept some help with the cleanup?

Or, is that some other sort of thing?

That is a bit beyond the scope of this badge.

Gotta stick to my guns here and insist that you do all the cleanup.  Surely they have super fancy cleaning equipment?

Hey there,

For this bb I combined with the bb for food prep make pizza with polydough which I just posted on that thread. I don't have documentation of the dishes being cleaned up because dinner finished late and I was quite pooped ha so I'm not sure if this will qualify but here we go. I've got the group of people who could testify to getting a night off dish duty haha. There are photos of the clean kitchen that I took the next morning. I served 8 people, made 10 pies with both vegan and dairy options and a bonus desert pizza with pear, rhubarb crumble, and maple syrup

Over the fourth of July I was able to knock this BB out.  I made "Corny Wheat Pancakes" for my extended family.  That's cornmeal pancakes but I make them with whole wheat.  I assembled the ingredients at my house (including one separate batch for a lactose allergy).  The meal served 10 of us.

Vegan chili, rice, and cornbread. It ended up being ten people, I think—but definitely at least eight!

This week at the BB20 event, I had the pleasure of preparing pancakes for 9 ridiculously lovely humans. They were a bit in-and-out as they were starting their day, so I have a pic of everyone who ate, as well as individual pics with their food in front of them.

Curious to know if it's possible to qualify for this cooking multiple meals for just one? I care for elderly and disabled in their homes, and one client has me cook dinners for a week or better all at once. Some weeks it's only 7 or 8 dinners, but sometimes as many as 12-15. It's all I've got at this point in time.

Sorry, I'm afraid that wouldn't count towards this one.  But there are lots of cooking BBs that you could get.

I hosted a HUGE Halloween party. We counted 59 folks who came.  We made mini meat loaves, little banana frozen ghosts, popcorn balls, apple cider and 7-layered dip. There were a ton of dishes and lotsa clean up to do afterwards!

Ok, I see. I misunderstood that no guests could help. I didn't grasp that also meant my spouse could not help. I think I'd better stick to a smaller gathering, then. There's no way I could come and clean up for this big of a group!
