I completely disapprove of both snow & evil. This former ninja wishes the entire world would follow Paul's rule ... be nice. It's really that simple.

Okay, child of the 80s/90s here. B]  Never heard 'Veteran of the Psychic Wars' (or anything else by B.O.C.) prior to Mike B's post above.

I went on a search for covers/remixes and found this excellent reconstructed live performance from 1981 instead:
