PEP for compost bin?

Anyone know if there is a PEP badge bit for building a compost bin system? I've been looking around in gardening, natural building, etc and haven't seen anything other than Ruth Stout composting. I'm about to start building a bin and want to make sure I get any badges that apply because "gotta catch 'em all."

In my opinion, and this is just me reading between the lines, and not putting words in anyone's mouth: Paul is anti-composting.  I don't mean that he's against the idea of taking kitchen waste and amending the garden.  He's clearly in favor of that.  I just don't think he likes the routine of putting organics into a box, balancing the carbons and nitrogens, stirring it around, waiting for the finished compost.  I think he'd rather us just put the stuff in the garden bed directly.  

I've been composting for almost 30 years.  I've heard lots of "ewwwws" and "do what, now?" and "that sounds hard."  Then as times have changed, more like "oh cool" or "what kind of composter do you have?"  And now I even overhear the occasional "what, you don't compost? Shame on you!"

Never in my life have heard someone throw shade on composting until I came here.  I'm not sure what to do with that.  So I'm just listening and learning.

Yup, no BB for making a compost bin.  But if it's made from decent (non-toxic) materials, I wouldn't hesitate to submit it to Oddball.

In the PEP Nest there's a BB for 'set up a recycling system', in which you have or make different bins for different waste streams.
